The property is close to hospitals, surrounded by restaurants where you can go walking.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The pool was fun and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staff there. We also loved the location since it was only a few minutes from the graduation we were attending. Would definitely stay here again and explore the area more!

The staff. Amazing people with great customer service skills. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt at home. The installations are average but is clean, in a great location with plenty of good eateries within walking distance. Right next to the university, UTEP. The free shuttle is a plus. Public transportation very close by. Pool and gym well maintained. And above all I like the service from the front desk, cleaning crews, restaurant, housekeeping. Our microwave wasn’t working and they replaced for a new one almost instantly. And a super nice señor from housekeeping/maintenance very nicely offered to warm up our meals in another microwave. Everything in this place is about Great Service 👌🏼👌🏼

Location! Great place if you're attending an event at Don Haskins Center or Sun Bowl and having the odd beer. Walking distance, no Uber needed. Comfy bed, good shower, and close to a variety of eating options. Swimming pool looked nice.

Safe location. Very cautious of hotels because of a break in that happened to my car a couple years ago. No worries here.
